This cozy neighborhood eatery draws locals and visitors alike with its inviting atmosphere that feels like stepping into a warm, nostalgic embrace—where every meal is a comforting experience and every visit feels like catching up with old friends.

At the core of Nick & Elena’s appeal is their masterful St. Louis-style pizza, known for its ultra-thin, crispy crust that crackles delightfully with each bite. Guests rave about the Nick & Elena’s Pizza Supreme and the fan-favorite Sausage Pepperoni Pizza, each slice bursting with vibrant flavors and expertly balanced seasoning. For a lighter touch, the refreshing House Salad or Dinner Salad provide a crisp contrast, while side staples like golden Mozzarella Sticks and Toasted Cannelloni add an extra layer of satisfaction.

But the pizzeria is far more than just pizza. Whether you’re craving the savory richness of Nick’s Special Pasta or the crispy, flavorful bite of their New York Style Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza, the menu truly offers something to satisfy every appetite. Sandwich lovers can indulge in hearty options like the Italian Hamburger — a half-pound of specially seasoned chopped sirloin on a French roll — or the classic hot roast beef sandwich. Visited tonight to support this restaurant after hearing how they helped Serra’s pizza after the fire. The environment is cozy and welcoming. The pizza, ravioli, salad and the garlic bread is absolutely worth the wait. They gave us a complimentary dessert for the extended wait. The best pizzeria in stl. Check them out!

Great St Louis style pizza! Crispy thin crust with creamy volcanic cheese. And the toasted ravs were great too!

My sister had been wanting to get here to get some pizza because she really enjoys it. She tried to call in her order as soon as they opened (2pm.) But she couldn't get through. She had me place a order inside for a med. thin crust pizza. The pizza was ready in 15-20mins. They place the parmesan cheese and pepper in dry waxed paper bags. I tasted a couple slices of her pizza to see why she had been craving it. I must say I likes it better than Imo's. I don't care for Imo's. I would like to try some of their other pasta dishes and my preferred crust option (hand tossed) pizza with the toppings I like. It's best if you eat the pizza there if you don't live 5 mins. away. If you don't, you will want to reheat it in the air fryer or oven.

Such a cozy step back into nostalgia. Feels like the kind of neighborhood place where you’ll bump into an old friend or strike up a conversation with the next table. Nice service staff, very attentive and concerned about getting everything right. Yummy homestyle St. Louis pizza with whatever toppings you want at reasonable prices. If you’re an ice aficionado, they’ve got the best pellet ice and a plastic cup you’re invited to take with you. Cans of coke products in case that’s your preference. Basic wine and beer offerings that are expansive enough for everyone. Fried cannelloni was a special treat, but make sure you order a salad to balance out all the bread and cheese. Great spot for casual family dinners or catch ups with friends. Hope to go back for many years.

I've lived in, and just outside, the St. Louis metro for most of my life and I'm fond of Italian food, so I find myself asking, "Why have I never eaten here?" Based upon a random facebook post in my feed we decided date night would start at Nick & Elena's. The parking lot was packed, spilling over onto the property next door. This could be a good thing or bad thing. It certainly says the place is popular. Luckily, once inside, we didn't have to wait as there was one table available. The reason for the overflowing parking lot was a party being held in Nick & Elena's party room. Service was faster than expected with a full house. The other patrons were friendly as is commonly the case in The Lou, from my experience. Appetizers came fairly quickly. We had the toasted ravs and the provel balls. Both were delicious but the provel balls were outstanding. I'd never had them before, anywhere, but will come here specifically for these. The entrees were pepperoni & bacon pizza for me and spaghetti for her. Both were delicious! The pizza crust was perfect for St. Louis style. My wife loved her spaghetti just as much as I loved the pizza. The food was great, the service good, the vibe friendly, and the prices were reasonable in this post-COVID economy. We'll definitely be back.

Been driving past this place for years. My wife and I finally decided to swing by Friday night and try it out. We got A LOT of stuff just to try. We had cheesy garlic bread and provel bites for appetizers. The provel bites were top notch delicious. For the entree we had a pepperoni and Jalapeño pizza and an Italian burger with onion rings. Both were amazing, but without a doubt that pizza stole the show. We wrapped everything up with a cheesecake and a chocolate cake, though the chocolate cake was a touch rich, it was delicious. Everything and I do mean everything was great. My wife and I will most certainly be back.
